This service is ideal for routine maintenance and works best for homes that receive regular cleaning or are generally well maintained. Our professional cleaners focus on the most important areas of your home to ensure surfaces are refreshed, floors are cleaned, and living spaces feel organized and inviting. During a standard cleaning visit, our team will dust and wipe down accessible surfaces such as tables, countertops, shelves, and furniture. In the kitchen, we clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and exterior appliance surfaces while removing visible buildup and crumbs. Bathrooms receive detailed attention including cleaning and disinfecting sinks, toilets, showers or tubs, mirrors, and countertops. Floors throughout the home are swept, vacuumed, and mopped to remove dirt, dust, and debris. High-traffic areas are given extra attention to help maintain a neat and presentable appearance. Our cleaners also empty trash bins, perform light tidying, and straighten common living areas to leave your home looking refreshed. We use professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible to ensure safe and effective cleaning for families and pets. Standard Cleaning focuses on maintaining cleanliness and does not address heavy buildup or neglected areas. Homes requiring extra attention may benefit from a Deep Cleaning service. This service is perfect for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance to keep your home consistently clean and stress-free.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cleaning Service Policy Our Standard Cleaning Service is designed to maintain a clean and comfortable home through routine upkeep. This service focuses on general surface cleaning, sanitation of high-touch areas, and maintaining the overall appearance of your living space. Service Scope Standard cleaning includes routine maintenance tasks such as dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping countertops, cleaning exterior kitchen appliances, sanitizing sinks, cleaning mirrors, wiping light switches and door handles, and emptying trash bins. Bathrooms and kitchens receive surface sanitation and general cleaning. This service is intended for ongoing maintenance rather than heavy-duty restoration cleaning. Tasks involving excessive buildup, interior appliance cleaning, wall washing, or detailed scrubbing may require a Deep Cleaning service and must be scheduled in advance. Booking & Scheduling Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Service times are scheduled based on property size, service type, and technician availability. A confirmation will be provided once the appointment is approved. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee. Cleaning Products We prioritize the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible to ensure safety for families, pets, and the environment. If you prefer specific products to be used, please notify us in advance or provide them at the time of service. Customer Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may arrange a complimentary touch-up cleaning for the affected area when appropriate. Access & Payment Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained, a rescheduling fee may apply. Service pricing varies based on home size, cleaning requirements, and additional services requested. Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. By booking a service, clients agree to these policies.
