This service goes beyond routine cleaning by addressing areas that are often neglected during everyday upkeep. From inside cabinets and drawers to detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, we ensure the space is thoroughly refreshed. We aim to leave the property in a condition that meets or exceeds landlord, property management, or personal expectations. For move-out cleanings, our goal is to help maximize your chances of receiving your full security deposit by delivering a high-standard clean. For move-in cleanings, we create a clean slate so you can settle into a space that feels fresh, safe, and truly yours from day one. Whether you’re a tenant, homeowner, landlord, or property manager, this service provides a reliable, detailed solution for preparing any space for its next phase.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cleaning Service Policy Our Standard Cleaning Service is designed to maintain a clean and comfortable home through routine upkeep. This service focuses on general surface cleaning, sanitation of high-touch areas, and maintaining the overall appearance of your living space. Service Scope Standard cleaning includes routine maintenance tasks such as dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping countertops, cleaning exterior kitchen appliances, sanitizing sinks, cleaning mirrors, wiping light switches and door handles, and emptying trash bins. Bathrooms and kitchens receive surface sanitation and general cleaning. This service is intended for ongoing maintenance rather than heavy-duty restoration cleaning. Tasks involving excessive buildup, interior appliance cleaning, wall washing, or detailed scrubbing may require a Deep Cleaning service and must be scheduled in advance. Booking & Scheduling Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Service times are scheduled based on property size, service type, and technician availability. A confirmation will be provided once the appointment is approved. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee. Cleaning Products We prioritize the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible to ensure safety for families, pets, and the environment. If you prefer specific products to be used, please notify us in advance or provide them at the time of service. Customer Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may arrange a complimentary touch-up cleaning for the affected area when appropriate. Access & Payment Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained, a rescheduling fee may apply. Service pricing varies based on home size, cleaning requirements, and additional services requested. Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. By booking a service, clients agree to these policies.
